Relationship Associate
(Processor)
The Relationship Associate is responsible for seamlessly coordinating between borrowers, the MortgageCountry team, and relevant third parties to build complete customer credit packages for underwriting and eventual approval. The Relationship Associate reports to the Director of Customer Experience.

Relationship Associate core responsibilities include:

Partnering with customers to ensure we receive all signed disclosures and other necessary documents in a timely manner.

Working with relevant 3rd parties (e.g. appraisers, banks, title companies, etc.) to meet deadlines on all assigned files.

Prioritizing the satisfaction of open loan conditions to bring files to settlement smoothly and efficiently.

Working with title companies to bring customer to closing and iron out last-minute details.

Ensuring a world class customer experience and being the “face of MortgageCountry” to our borrowers.

Continuously building mortgage industry knowledge to position themselves for advancement within our fast-growing company.
Relationship Associates will also collaborate across the MortgageCountry Team to identify opportunities for continuous process improvements with the goal of exceeding internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You are extremely detail oriented and have an ability to constantly manage competing, time sensitive priorities.

You can quickly learn new computer systems and management reports. Prior experience with mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) is preferred.

You constantly look for ways to improve both yourself and the organization around you, and do not settle for “business as usual”.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Prior mortgage, banking, or real estate industry experience is preferred but not required.
