Mortgage Concierge
The Mortgage Concierge is responsible for driving new business in their respective geographic markets using a combination of social media, community presence, and organically developed business networks. The majority of time will be spent creatively identifying, contacting, and converting potential borrowers into loyal and enthusiastic MortgageCountry customers.
The Mortgage Concierge reports to the Director of Customer Growth. Mortgage Concierges serve as the face of MortgageCountry in their respective geographic markets, leveraging the strength of the MortgageCountry brand and technology platform, and strategically growing MortgageCountry’s market presence. They are also responsible for connecting potential borrowers with MortgageCountry subject matter experts, and for anticipating customer questions to ensure they are answered in a timely manner.
Mortgage Concierges are the initial key touchpoint in the customer experience and will be a resource for customers using our digital loan application platform. Mortgage Concierges also work to identify ways to improve the company’s internal operations in collaboration with other MortgageCountry colleagues.
Mortgage Concierges are expected to constantly educate themselves on the mortgage industry so they can quickly become trusted customer advisers and industry experts. They will be expected to take and pass the NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer licensing test.
Preference will be given to candidates in our priority markets of Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Arizona, Colorado, California and Michigan.

You are comfortable with computer systems and can quickly get up to speed on MortgageCounty’s technology platform and other relevant systems.
